The terms of this Agreement constitute the entire agreement (collectively the "Agreement") between DMurdoch Consultancy d/b/a The Murdoch Report and you ("Subscriber" or “You”) with respect to the paid subscription to "The Murdoch Report" weekly newsletter.

1. DMurdoch Consultancy d/b/a The Murdoch Report may change the terms of the Agreement including, without limitation, the fees for the service or for any products, at any time upon previous notice. You may review the Agreement applicable to you by clicking the "Terms" button on the home page. By using the service after any change to the Agreement is posted on the Terms page, you will be notified by email and deemed to be bound by all of such changes.

 

2. DMurdoch Consultancy d/b/a The Murdoch Report may discontinue or revise any and all aspects of the service or any of the products at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

 

3. In no event shall DMurdoch Consultancy d/b/a The Murdoch Report be liable for any damages caused by the inability of the Subscriber to access the service as a result of network or server downtime, transmission problems, or otherwise.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Renewals: Your subscription will be set to renew automatically at the end of your subscription period for the same length as your current subscription. If you chose a monthly subscription, you will be billed monthly and it will automatically continue unless you notify us. We will notify you at least 7 days in advance of any changes to the price in your subscription that will apply upon next monthly renewal. If you chose a six month or annual subscription, at least 30 days before each renewal you will be sent a reminder notice stating the rate that will apply for the renewal period. Unless you notify us before the end of your six month or annual subscription period that you wish to cancel, your subscription will renew for another six months or year, depending on your plan. We will charge the subscription using the same card or other payment method that you previously used.

Subscriptions: By placing your order you agree that we may start your subscription immediately upon our accepting of your order. This means that you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind after we have provided you with access to your subscription.​​

How to cancel: You may notify us of your wish to cancel your subscription by email at cancellations@dmurdoch.net and you will no longer receive any report or be charged any fees until you wish to reactivate your subscription.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the case of charges that for any reason are made erroneously after a cancellation request respecting the cancellation policies herein.

5. Copyright. All information shared in the report, methodology, analysis, layout, design, and report structure, is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. You may display and print the information obtained solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the information obtained on "The Murdoch Report" to anyone, without the express written consent of DMurdoch Consultancy d/b/a The Murdoch Report. You agree not to use any information obtained for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.​​
