General Principles

In general, you may visit this Digital Offering or use the companion mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Digital Offering") without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.

As you browse our Digital Offering, the Digital Offering collects log file, the IP address of your computer, and other standard tracking data we use to evaluate Digital Offering traffic and usage patterns. Such information is aggregated with tracking data from all Digital Offering visitors. If you receive relevant newsletters from SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent’s publications and do not opt-out of these communications, we may decide to send you related promotional emails from time to time that we deem relevant to you.

When you register for or use the Digital Offering or related products and services or are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent as well as business partners and vendors providing hosting and other services for SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent. Unless you opt-out, we will share your Personal Information with SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent’s affiliates and partners and third parties licensed to access your Personal Information by any of the foregoing. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information and your Financial Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our terms of service.

Aggregated Information

We sometimes provide aggregated usage or tracking information collected from this Digital Offering to third parties. Information about your visits to, and activity on, SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent web sites, an IP address, and the number of times you have viewed an advertisement and other such usage information is used, alone or in combination with other information, to display on your device screen advertisements that may be of particular interest to you. We do this to focus our communications and provide you content, services and offers we believe may be of interest to you. Your aggregated information about your visits to, and activity on, SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent web sites may be provided from time to time to our advertisers of Sponsored Content. SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent produces a range of sponsored assets and custom marketing solutions for a variety of companies (“Sponsors”) including but not limited to; Events, Web seminars White Papers, Special reports, e-books, and other custom assets. All data collected during the registration for such assets including information on your visits to, and activity on, SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent web sites may be shared with those Sponsors in order to contact you regarding their products and services in their normal course of business.

 

HTML verification and email tracking

When receiving email from us, we may place a small piece of code in that email to determine whether or not you can accept HTML images and whether or not you viewed and/or clicked on links contained in the email. This process does not leave any information on your computer, nor does it collect information from your computer. Email opt-outs. In the event you decide to unsubscribe from our newsletters or promotional emails we will honor your request within ten business days.

Updating, Accessing and Retaining Personal and Financial Information

To the extent that the legal basis for SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent’s processing of your personal information is consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

SourceMedia LLC d/b/a Arizent will retain and use your personally identifiable information for as long as needed to provide you with the services, as necessary to comply with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and at law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and for backup purposes. When it is no longer required, we will delete your personal information. Additionally, in certain circumstances, registered users in the European Union may also have the right of portability of their personally identifiable information.

Newsletter Subscriptions

You can opt-in to newsletter mailing lists, or remove yourself (opt-out) at any time through the subscription management page (this page will display all of your newsletter subscriptions) or by following the instructions at the end of the newsletters you receive.
